I am a seasoned aviation safety expert with over 30 years of experience in aviation operations, risk management, and accident investigation. My career spans the Brazilian Air Force, Varig Airlines, and 25 years with the United Nations, where I played a pivotal role in global aviation safety. I have held key positions in aviation data management, meteorology, ramp operations, and safety leadership, contributing to the advancement of international aviation standards.

As a retired commercial pilot with extensive international experience, I have led numerous accident investigations and safety assessments across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and South America. I hold commercial multi-engine pilot certifications (FAA & ANAC Brazil) and a Commercial UAS Pilot License (FAA). Additionally, my expertise extends to aviation security (AVSEC), having served as an auditor, inspector, and safety officer in over 30 countries. I have also conducted assessment missions for Troop Contributing Countries (TCCs), ensuring compliance with international aviation safety regulations.
